Maintenance Planner

The Maintenece Planner is responsible for coordinating the Maintenance Planning and data integrity of Company’s Computerised Maintenance Management System (CMMS)

Responsibilities

* Predictive and preventative maintenance scheduling
* Maintaining equipment information and repair files

* Planning and coordinating maintenance activities and projects with rig and onshore personnel

* Assisting with the development and facilitation of training
* Serve as first level of support for end-users in CMMS

* Ensuring all maintenance planning activities are auditable and in compliance with Operators, Regulatory Agencies and/or Classification Societies
* Coordinate the Maintenance Department Roaming Team work activities

* Assisting with the development and facilitation of training

Requirements

* Experience in the planning of maintenance on multiple offshore installations

* Interpret documents and drawings

* Experience in the use of CMMS to input data, research parts, schedule maintenance and extract reports

* Good knowledge with Microsoft Office products
