Derrickman

The Derrickman´s responsibilities lie in the effective and safe operation and working condition of the derrick, mud pumps, drilling fluids, etc.

Responsibilities

* Responsibility for preventative maintenance as it applies to the equipment on the solids control package

* Inspecting the derrick and its equipment on a regular basis and report any defects or discrepancies.

* Responsibility for daily lubrication of the Crown, Travelling Block, Top Drive and all miscellaneous equipment in the derrick.

Requirements

* Highschool Diploma

* Relevant Training Certificates

* More than 2 Years Experience as Roughneck

* Working Experience as a Derrickman preferred.
